Payment via HOA Property Management System
To make a payment using your checking or savings bank account go to your HOA property management account.

PAYMENT OPTIONS

OPTION 1: BUILDIUM, SINGLE-PAYMENT (recommended)
Online payments are the preferred and recommended method for paying your dues. A nominal fee of $1.99 will be charged for each EFT transaction. We will provide clear instructions to guide you through the process. Paying with a credit card is not available at this time.

OPTION 2: BUILDIUM, SETUP AUTO-PAY
Autopay from our property management system can be set up as an easy and convenient way to pay the HOA.

OPTION 3: MAIL-IN PAYMENT
Mail a check or money order payable to the Greater Grays Ferry Homeowners Association or GGFE HOA to:

Note: Please mail payments early, this allows us time to process your payments. Payments are retrieved from the PO BOX on the 5th of the month.

OPTION 4: BANKING INSTITUTION, RECURRING PAYMENTS
You can set up a recurring bill payment through your bank account ensuring timely and stress-free payment of your dues.

NOTE: CASH PAYMENTS ARE NOT ACCEPTED.
